This Privacy Policy describes how Ducktail Rainwear (an online store, operated by sole proprietor, No. 702850) – (hereinafter – us; we or Ducktail Rainwear) collects, uses and shares your personal information when you visit or make an order using www.ducktail.eu (hereinafter – Website).

  • When you place an order with us, we will maintain your Personal Information for our records as long as we will be involved in a process of fulfilling your order. After your order will be completed, the Personal information will be stored for no longer than 6 months, unless a longer retention period is established in local legislation.
  • When you create a personal account within the Website, we will maintain your Personal Information until you delete the account or you will notify us that you would like to have your account deleted. We might periodically reach out to you to check whether you still wish to keep an account with us.
  • When you agree to receive a newsletter from us, we will maintain your Personal Information for our records as long as we continue the e-marketing campaign or until you unsubscribe from our newsletter.
